MomentIQ.dev endpoint: video/thumbnail-score

This endpoint is part of the MomentIQ.dev video API group. It can be called with the same MomentIQ API key used across video, audio, and timeline endpoints.

Use async jobs for longer media with POST /v1/jobs and poll GET /v1/jobs/{job_id} until completed.
